Lizzy is a professional dancer and choreographer based in Los Angeles. As a 3x NBA dancer for the Golden State Warriors, she has performed with artists including Maroon 5, E-40, Mistah F.A.B., Too Short, G-Eazy, and P-Lo. Her choreography credits include Her choreography credits include a 2x Emmy-nominated commercial for TNT Sports, Netflix’s Alan’s Universe, and the NFL.

Lizzy has served as the head coach of the Cal Dance Team at UC Berkeley and is now the head coach of the UCLA Dance Team. She continues to teach, mentor, and choreograph at the high school, collegiate, and professional levels.

She is also the Owner and Founder of Transcend Physical Therapy and Dance Performance, a physical therapy practice dedicated to the care of dancers and performing artists.
